- Bitterroot Valley Education Cooperative (https://www.bvec-mt.org/) provides special education and mental health services in a few school districts in the Bitterroot Valley
- Gallatin Mental Health Center (http://www.gallatinmentalhealth.org/) provides therapy for both children and adults
- Intermountain (https://www.intermountain.org/home/) in Helena, provides a variety of mental health support for children and adolescents
- L’Esprit (https://www.lespritmt.com/) in Livingston, offers both youth/adolescent and adult mental health services
- Montana Community Services (http://www.mtcsinc.com/) offers therapeutic services for both children and adults
- MSU Human Development Clinic (https://www.montana.edu/hhd/humandevelopmentclinic.html) in Bozeman with a satellite clinic in Big Sky, counseling for both children and adults
- We Care Behavioral Health (https://www.wecarebhp.com/) a number of offices, with the largest ones being Missoula and Great Falls. Has both youth and adult mental health services. 24/7 crisis lines for Missoula (406) 370-2940 and Great Falls (406) 868-2151 
- Western Montana Mental Health Center (https://www.wmmhc.org/) has a number of locations, but the largest one is in Missoula. Services for both children and adults. 
- Winds of Change Mental Health Center (https://wellnessmt.com/) in Missoula, offers youth and adult mental health services
- Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (https://www.ybgr.org/) in Billings, offers a variety of mental and behavioral health programs for children

- Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center (https://www.emcmhc.com/) a bunch of locations all over. Provides a variety of mental health services, both inpatient and outpatient

- Missoula Crisis Intervention Team (https://www.ci.missoula.mt.us/2763/Missoula-Crisis-Intervention-Team-CIT) alternative to calling the police for a mental health crisis
